What is ice fishing in Nagano?

Where to do ice fishing?

Ice fishing can be done on very few lakes in Japan as the not all the lake does not ice even the most cold period of the year. Nagano has a few lakes where you can experience this rare and fun activity. We guide you to Matsubara lake or Tateiwa lake according to the season and request.

Tour can be stard from your hotel or railway station in Karuizawa, Saku, Ueda area.

Duration

Most people enjoy ice fishing for about 2-3 hours but it can be adjusted for shorter or loger time according to customer’s request and the pick up location. Your guide will be availalbe for the day of the experience.
